Some features may be in the testing, experimentation, or continuous iteration phase.

3. Accounts, Credentials, and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and using accounts. You are responsible for securely storing account passwords, verification codes, API keys, CLI tokens, refresh tokens, SSH keys, machine permissions, and team space permissions.

Operations performed through your account, Token, CLI, machine, API Key, or authorized members are considered authorized by you or under your responsibility, unless you can prove that the operation was directly caused by our intentional actions or significant negligence.

  • When any anomaly is detected in the account, Token, API Key, machine, or device, immediately revoke, rotate, or contact us.
  • No sharing, renting, or selling of accounts, Tokens, API Keys, or platform resources is allowed.
  • Limit the permissions of team members to remove those who have left the organization or no longer require access promptly.
  • Regularly update local systems, dependencies, CLI, agents, reverse proxies, and self-hosted components.

4. User Content and License

"User content" includes any content that you upload, input, synchronize, generate, or process through the service, such as source code, configuration files, logs, terminal outputs, prompts, AI responses, session messages, permission requests, files, images, attachments, documents, sandbox data, API requests, model invocation data, and related metadata.

You retain ownership of the user content. To provide services to you, you authorize us to process, transmit, store, display, index, back up, synchronize, and invoke third-party models or services within necessary limits regarding this content. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed, we do not obtain ownership of your code, projects, or business data due to your use of the service.

5. AI Output and Code Execution Risks

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, unavailable, or unsuitable for your specific scenario. AI might generate code, commands, configurations, migration scripts, or deployment solutions that contain vulnerabilities, infringe rights, are destructive, or do not meet your expectations.

You must review, test, and confirm the AI output before executing, deploying, merging, or relying on it. You are responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the AI output, executing commands, merging code, deploying services, connecting to third-party systems, exposing ports, or processing production data.

6. Local Machines, Remote Terminals, Agents, and Tunnel Risks

The core features of Anydo may allow the execution of agents, command execution, file reading or writing, network access, port forwarding, and preview services in your local computer, server, sandbox, container, virtual machine, or remote environment. You understand that these capabilities pose inherent security risks.

Within the limits permitted by law, we shall not be liable for the following situations, unless caused by our intentional or gross negligence.

  • Your computer, server, sandbox, container, virtual machine, browser, or network has been hacked.
  • Your system has been infected with viruses, Trojans, backdoors, ransomware, malicious dependencies, or supply chain attack code.
  • Your password, cookies, token, API key, SSH key, cloud keys, database credentials, or other confidential information is leaked.
  • You have incorrectly configured public ports, preview services, sharing links, tunnels, DNS, certificates, reverse proxies, firewalls, or access permissions.
  • The commands authorized by you to the agent result in file deletion, code corruption, data loss, service interruption, increased bills, or security incidents.
  • Losses caused by third-party models, third-party dependencies, npm/pip/brew packages, mirrors, plugins, extensions, or external tools.
  • You incurred losses due to the use of high-risk modes such as yolo, bypassPermissions, automatic approval, remote terminal, public preview, or similar techniques.
  • Losses caused by improper configuration of self-hosted hubs, databases, object storage, cloud servers, reverse proxies, DNS, TLS, backups, or monitoring.
  • Third-party attacks, credential stuffing, phishing, social engineering, 0-day vulnerabilities, and losses caused by operator or cloud provider failures.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Anydo to engage in illegal, infringing, dangerous, or abusive activities, including but not limited to:

  • No unauthorized intrusion, attack, scanning, hacking, destruction, or interference with third-party systems.
  • disseminate malware, trojans, ransomware, viruses, backdoors, phishing pages, or spam messages;
  • steal, collect, trade, exploit, or abuse accounts, passwords, tokens, keys, cookies, or personal information;
  • infringement of intellectual property rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, contractual obligations, or third-party service terms;
  • Bypass billing, quota, permissions, security policies, access control, or risk control systems.
  • Unauthorized mining, abuse of computing, storage, network, API, or model resources;
  • Handling, generating, and distributing illegal, exploitative, violent, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, or restricted content.

8. Fees, Quotas, and Refunds

Some features may require a fee. Costs, packages, limits, billing cycles, and refund policies shall be based on the information displayed on the page, order details, or written agreements between the parties.

Unless required by law or explicitly promised, the consumed AI calls, computing resources, sandbox runtime, storage, traffic, API proxies, and third-party fees are generally not refunded. Costs incurred due to incorrect configuration, key leakage, misoperation, abuse, third-party service failures, or user authorization commands shall be borne by you.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play may renew automatically until you cancel them in the applicable store account settings. The store handles billing, cancellation, and refunds under its rules. Closing your Anydo account does not automatically cancel a store subscription, so cancel it before closing your account.

9. Third-Party Services

This service may integrate or call third-party models, payments, authentication, email, SMS, push notifications, object storage, cloud services, API gateways, open-source dependencies, browser extensions, or other tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and security measures.

We do not guarantee that third-party services will remain available, accurate, secure, compliant, or suitable for your purposes. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, outputs, data processing, costs, policy changes, or security incidents related to third-party services, unless required by applicable law.

10. Data Protection and User Security Responsibilities

We will implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as HTTPS/TLS encryption for transmission, access control, permission isolation, log auditing, backups, monitoring, and security responses.

However, no internet service, software system, AI tool, remote control capability, or third-party model can guarantee absolute security. You must implement your own safety measures.

  • Use strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, and independent device security measures.
  • Do not submit keys, tokens, passwords, SSH keys, or production database credentials to the code repository, nor send them to an AI.
  • Use the high-privilege mode cautiously, and review the commands that the agent will execute.
  • Limit public network exposure of ports, tunnels, preview links, and sharing permissions;
  • Maintain independent backups for the production environment, critical code, and key data.

11. Intellectual Property

The software, interface, brand, documents, service design, trademarks, and related intellectual property rights of Anydo belong to us or the respective owners. Without authorization, you may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, circumvent the authorization, remove copyright markings, or abuse the service in any competitive manner. The open-source components are used under their respective open-source licenses.

12. Disclaimers

Within the limits permitted by law, Anydo provides services in a "current state" and "available status." We do not guarantee that the service will remain uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that the AI output will be accurate, complete, safe, non-infringing, suitable for a production environment, or appropriate for your specific use.

We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities, attacks, data risks, third-party service failures, network disruptions, model errors, dependency risks, or user mistakes will be identified or prevented.

13. Limitation of Liability

Within the limits permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses such as indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of reputation, data loss, code corruption, business interruption, device intrusion, key leakage, malware infection, user misoperation, configuration errors, unauthorized permissions, third-party attacks, third-party service failures, third-party model outputs, AI automated actions, or user-authorized commands.

If applicable law requires us to assume responsibility, our total liability shall not exceed the actual service fees you paid to us within 12 months prior to the dispute; if no payment was made, it shall not exceed the minimum liability limit permitted by law. This limitation does not exclude any liability that is not prohibited by law.

14. Indemnification

If you violate these terms, use the service illegally, infringe upon the rights of third parties, abuse resources, upload illegal content, misconfigure public access, disclose keys, or result in third-party claims, regulatory investigations, or platform losses due to the misuse of your account, machine, Token, or API Key, you agree to compensate us for any losses, expenses, and reasonable legal fees within the limits permitted by law.

15. Suspension and Termination

If you violate the terms or laws, and there is a risk of security issues, abuse, fraud, attacks, infringement, unpaid fees, regulatory issues, or third-party complaints, we may suspend, limit, or terminate your account, machine, Token, API Key, session, sandbox, API calls, and related resources.

You may stop using the service or request the deletion of your account. Some data may be retained within a reasonable period due to billing, auditing, security, backup, or legal reasons.

16. Updates, Governing Law, and Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Major changes will be indicated through pages, internal notifications, or email alerts. Continuing to use the service after the update means you agree to the new terms.
